• Facilitate farmer enrollment in CropVoice by directly engaging with farmers, retailers, and seed dealers to inform and inspire enthusiasm about CropVoice, ultimately driving sales.
• Utilize your current network to enhance awareness of CropVoice and boost sales efforts.
• Leverage a robust agronomic background to articulate the advantages of CropVoice in practical, value-oriented terms for farmers and agronomists.
• Assist local field operations, which includes setting up plot networks and conducting scouting activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related discipline.
• A solid agronomy foundation is essential; familiarity with crop disease management, fungicide applications, and agronomic decision-making, particularly for soybeans and corn, is required.
• Certification as a Crop Advisor (CCA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in agricultural sales, ag retail, or a customer-facing agronomy position is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability or a strong motivation to prospect, make cold calls, and develop a business portfolio from the ground up for both channel partners and farmers.
• Capability to work outdoors in summer field conditions for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver's license is required.
