
Agricultural Sales Representative – Agribusiness Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects among potential commercial growers.
• Assist customers with selecting varieties, managing crops, and providing guidance on irrigation, fertigation, and overall cultural practices.
• Offer support to licensees by managing plant orders and delivering technical assistance.
• Perform onsite visits to customers, conduct field evaluations, and participate in trial support activities.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Share market insights and competitive intelligence with leadership teams.
• Facilitate forecasting efforts through tracking opportunities and planning for demand.
• Relay field observations and provide feedback on product performance to internal teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and gatherings with growers or customers.
• Organize and present educational seminars aimed at growers and customers within the designated territory.
• Arrange customer visits to nursery and farm locations as necessary.
• Ensure the provision of exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and relationship management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agribusiness sales, agronomy, or a related agricultural field.
• Direct experience working with commercial growers or in crop operations is essential.
• Proven skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and effective communication are required.
• Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems is necessary.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory (FL/GA/NC) is required.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
