This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate effectively with the leadership of the Senior delivery team by providing subject matter expertise to enhance tools and associated processes, ensuring consistency through the CACI ASF/scaled agile model.
• Assess opportunities to utilize or implement third-party applications/plugins to enhance the efficiency of Agile work management tools.
• Establish and sustain automation processes to improve efficiency for both delivery and management teams.
• Promote the adoption and compliance with agile best practices in alignment with the contract model to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage with RTEs, architects, and other key stakeholders to foster effective communication across disciplines.
• Enhance the visibility of the team within the Agile Communities of Practice, actively participating and contributing to the organization.
• Proven experience in the deployment, administration, and configuration of Atlassian or similar Agile work management tools.
• Experience in integrating third-party plugins to augment the functionality of Atlassian tools.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite and its API capabilities, with experience in integration with other systems, including ITSM management systems like ServiceNow.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, accompanied by eight (8) years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with experience in Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approaches. SAFe Practitioner or other relevant Scaled Agile Certification is preferred.
• A highly responsible, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic; a self-starter.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NASA Public Trust background investigation.
• Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification is desirable.
• Experience supporting the NASA Web Services Operational Environment is a plus.
• Background in supporting enterprise-level Federal government projects is preferred.
• Prior lead experience in an enterprise/large-scale Agile software development initiative is desired.
• Experience in supporting modernization and cloud initiatives is desired.
• Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, while contributing to the development of innovative principles and ideas is preferred.
