Agile Technical Delivery Manager – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a scalable, secure, and effective DevOps strategy that ensures business continuity.

• Oversee and prioritize the DevOps backlog to align business value, operational requirements, and technical feasibility.

• Guarantee the reliability, security, performance, and high availability of systems and applications.

• Spearhead the design and ongoing enhancement of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions.

• Incorporate Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance delivery speed, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

• Guide, mentor, and develop the DevOps team, while nurturing a proactive, accountable, and improvement-focused culture.

• Set objectives for the team and individuals, track KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and address skill gaps through training.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and eliminate obstacles to enable the team to achieve sprint objectives effectively.

• Serve as the primary coordination point among technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders by communicating priorities, risks, and progress updates.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational shortcomings, upholding DevOps best practices, and utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Technical Delivery Manager or in a comparable role.

• Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (such as Scrum or Kanban).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Agile Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
