Agile Software Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Lead Teams: Direct an engineering and product squad to ensure accuracy in quality and timelines, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and automation.

• Manage Products: Collaborate with stakeholders to design product roadmaps, oversee backlogs, and convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Own Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing their expectations, eliminating delivery obstacles, and ensuring operational stability.

• Commercial Oversight: Oversee account finances, including budget forecasting and margin monitoring, to guarantee project profitability.

• Measure Success: Deliver clear internal and client-facing reporting using DORA metrics to assess project health.

⛳️ Requirements

• EdTech Expertise: Hands-on experience in digital education technology, encompassing Moodle integrations, LMS architectures, and institutional e-learning platforms.

• Agile & DevOps Delivery: Comprehensive understanding of Lean delivery, XP engineering practices (CI/CD, test-first development), and API-driven architectures.

• Tooling Proficiency: Advanced tracking capabilities with tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps, alongside a strong knowledge of DevSecOps frameworks.

• Client & Financial Management: Demonstrated experience in consultancy or professional services overseeing client journeys, commercial budgets, and resource allocation.

• AI & Modern Workflow: Proficient in integrating AI productivity tools (such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot) to enhance prototyping speed.

• Bid Support: Familiarity with contributing to project bids, RFP responses, and technical estimations.
