Agile Project Lead – Healthcare Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire delivery cycle, including sprint planning, execution, release, and retrospectives.

• Proactively recognize and eliminate obstacles, escalating issues with context and proposed solutions.

• Utilize Scrum/Kanban metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput to enhance delivery flow.

• Oversee cross-team dependencies while ensuring progress remains uninterrupted.

• Actively leverage AI tools for reporting, sprint summaries, and process automation.

• Introduce and expand AI-driven methodologies within delivery workflows.

• Manage scope and address mid-sprint changes through clear communication.

• Convert stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks and acceptance criteria.

• Cultivate a high-trust, psychologically safe team atmosphere.

• Promote continuous improvement via actionable retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Scrum Master / Agile Project Lead / Delivery PM position.

• Proven experience managing delivery within product teams of up to approximately 20 members.

• Practical knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and genuine delivery ownership.

• Strong skills in eliminating blockers and driving execution, beyond mere facilitation.

• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.

• Familiar with Kanban metrics including cycle time, lead time, and throughput.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
