Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and improve Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.

• Collaborate with LLMs, agentic workflows, and autonomous AI functionalities.

• Create intelligent agents within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Integrate agents with enterprise systems through Power Automate and APIs.

• Assist in the iterative rollout, testing, optimization, and scaling of AI agents.

• Design reusable workflows and orchestration patterns for agents.

• Work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Enhance agent performance, prompt quality, and workflow efficiency.

• Stay informed about advancements in the Microsoft AI ecosystem and Copilot Studio capabilities.

• 4–8 years of overall technology experience.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and an AI automation mindset.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, evolving AI environments.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.

• A strong sense of ownership focused on scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Power Platform.

• Expertise in Copilot Studio, with practical experience in building agents.

• Experience with LLMs and agentic workflows, including orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and autonomous workflows.

• Proficient in Power Automate, with extensive experience in creating cloud flows, integrations, connectors, approvals, and workflow automation.
