This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a pipeline of 150–200 new hires as they progress through licensing coursework.
• Assist aspiring insurance agents in navigating state licensing requirements and preparing for exams.
• Maintain consistent communication via text, phone, and email.
• Keep detailed and accurate records in MS Access.
• Explain state licensing prerequisites for licensing examinations.
• Handle both outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis.
• Foster positive relationships with new hires, hiring managers, and Agency Owners.
• Inform management about updates on state pre-licensing requirements and new developments.
• Meet frequently with the supervisor to discuss policy, procedure, regulatory changes, business initiatives, and technology updates.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills, particularly over the phone.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office; daily use of Excel and Access is required.
• Capability to navigate multiple technologies effectively.
• Ability to manage daily tasks independently in a multitasking environment.
• Quick and seamless adaptability to changes.
• Skill in building rapport with newly recruited sales agents.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Consistent and dependable attendance for the assigned shift.
• Availability to work full-time and/or part-time depending on job specifications.
• Possession of a Life and Health Lines of Authority license is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the insurance licensing process is beneficial, but not required.
• Shift hours are from 10am to 7pm following training.
