This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Agent Architecture: Create and execute workflows for multi-agent systems, incorporating task decomposition, state management, and tool utilization (RAG, API integration, etc.).
β’ Systematic Optimization: Transition from "vibe-based" testing to implementing strict evaluation frameworks (e.g., utilizing LLM-as-a-judge, promptfoo, or DSPy) to assess and enhance agent performance at scale.
β’ Scalable Frameworks: Build reusable agents and prompt libraries that enable the platform to cater to over 1,000 brands with distinct voices simultaneously.
β’ Cross-Functional Engineering: Collaborate with AI Engineering and Product teams to identify which behaviors should be managed through prompting, RAG, or fine-tuning.
β’ Client Architecture: Serve as the technical lead for intricate client deployments, transforming high-level creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows.
β’ 3+ Years of Direct GenAI Experience: Possess a profound, instinctive, and technical grasp of LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal models (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Video Gen).
β’ Systems Thinking: You don't merely write prompts; you consider the latent space, the context window, and how one agent's output influences another's input.
β’ Technical Literacy: Although this is not a "Software Engineer" position, you should be adept with Python, JSON structures, and API documentation. Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) is highly advantageous.
β’ Evaluation Obsession: You maintain that if you can't measure a prompt's performance, it shouldn't be deployed. You are knowledgeable about benchmarking and A/B testing AI outputs.
β’ The "Creative/Technical" Bridge: You can engage with a Creative Director and translate "make it feel more punchy" into temperature adjustments and a few-shot prompting strategy.
β’ 25 days PTO in addition to public holidays, with a Flexible Time Off scheme in place.
β’ Health insurance / private medical coverage.
β’ Monthly allowance for wellness, fitness, and professional development.
β’ Remote work - operate from anywhere within your home country.
β’ Enhanced parental leave policies available for all paths to parenthood, including birth, adoption, or surrogacy.
β’ Access to our Pencil office located in The Shard, London for employees based in the UK.
β’ Flexible working hours.
