Agency Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the post-sale client journey and enhance client operational efficiency, revenue outcomes, and long-term retention.

• Integrate new agencies and ensure they are prepared to manage operational volume.

• Confirm campaign pricing, geographical areas, and targeted consumer demographics.

• Perform regular performance evaluations using campaign analytics.

• Identify marketing issues versus process challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

• Detect sources of inefficiency and track inbound call response rates.

• Enhance Net Revenue Retention by pinpointing upsell and increased ad-spend opportunities.

• Proactively mitigate churn risks, including low client engagement, unaddressed leads, and missed calls.

• Collect client insights for the Product team.

• Transform successful clients into advocates, creating referrals and case studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.

• Experience in SaaS, AdTech, InsureTech, or Marketing Services is preferred.

• A demonstrated track record in retention and growth, including expanding a book of business or preserving at-risk accounts.

• Understanding of sales funnels with the ability to identify lead drop-off points.

• Capability to provide constructive feedback to business owners regarding team performance.

• Experience with insurance agents or high-velocity sales teams is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRMs like Ricochet, AgencyZoom, or Convoso, along with lead distribution logic, is preferred.
