This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as the main point of contact for agency clients regarding title searches, the status of orders, inquiries about production, and service requirements.
• Organize and monitor title search requests to guarantee timely completion and resolution of any issues.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, abstractors, and examiners to gather updates and address customer concerns.
• Offer administrative and operational assistance to designated sales representatives.
• Support prospect research, account preparation, customer data management, and the creation of meeting materials.
• Generate and sustain reports on customer activity, production, revenue, and sales performance.
• Keep track of customer engagement, ordering patterns, and sales prospects, including opportunities for enhancing wallet share.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer, prospect, and sales data in the CRM and other company systems.
• Manage customer follow-up, onboarding processes, and sales-related communications and initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and act as a guide for navigating Westcor's systems and processes.
• Recognize service challenges, trends, and opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain tracking tools, workflows, and processes to improve visibility and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Search, Underwriting, and other departments to address issues.
• Keep accurate records and manage confidential information with care.
• Background in customer service, sales support, operations, or administrative assistance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft applications.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest process enhancements.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Experience in the real estate, mortgage, title insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, type, reach, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
