
Aftermarket Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the request for quotation process for all client inquiries.
• Implement strategies aimed at sales growth.
• Ensure the organization meets customer needs, expectations, and requests, and effectively communicate these across our organization.
• Enhance the account team to meet all internal and external demands.
• Develop product strategies within the Business Units to satisfy customer and market requirements.
• Initiate and execute campaigns, projects, and customer events as necessary.
• Assist in all customer negotiations, including contracts and promotional programs.
• Provide exceptional service levels throughout the value chain, from product development to manufacturing and delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Over 6 years of experience in a technical/sales role, ideally within the heavy truck industry, automotive market, or aftermarket sales.
• Experience with commercial vehicles is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams; strong Excel skills are essential.
• Comprehensive commercial insight into the assigned region and/or customer base.
• Exceptional presentation skills along with strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
• Must possess the ability to travel between 50% and 75% of the time.
