
Aftermarket Label Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Promote and sell primary label products utilized on finished goods across various industries.
• Expand existing accounts while recognizing and cultivating new label sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers to comprehend application requirements, material specifications, compliance needs, and volume forecasts.
• Manage and enhance repeat label business through proactive account management strategies.
• Support national accounts as necessary, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy.
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert opportunities into recurring label revenue.
• Prepare professional proposals and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain precise customer, pricing, and opportunity data within CRM systems.
• Submit sales activity, forecasting, and performance reports as required.
• Stay informed about labeling materials, market trends, and regulatory requirements impacting primary product labeling.
• Post-secondary education or demonstrated B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Capability to identify customer needs and propose effective aftermarket label solutions.
• Familiarity with the label or packaging industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
• Valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to travel locally approximately 50% of the time.
• Willingness to travel to the U.S. as required.
• Highly self-motivated, ethical, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring work-life balance.
• Total compensation up to $150,000, consisting of base salary plus commission.
