This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement an innovative after-sales strategy.
• Enhance after-sales warranty conversions and renew contracts.
• Actively create new service business opportunities by targeting the uncontracted installed base.
• Oversee and synchronize forecasting efforts across the United States and Canada.
• Build, manage, and successfully convert a robust pipeline encompassing renewals, warranty conversions, and new service prospects.
• Take charge of sales escalations and provide support for large, strategic accounts.
• Lead the introduction of new operational methodologies within the team.
• Establish and monitor KPIs aimed at enhancing commercial responsiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and tools for sales enablement.
• Work cross-functionally with system sales, field service, technical helpdesk, supply centers, and other global stakeholders.
• 8-10 years of experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and develop an established team.
• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the flexibility to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a technical or service-oriented background is highly advantageous.
• Results-oriented and proactive, with a strong emphasis on surpassing targets and increasing service revenue.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in sales negotiations, deal closures, and pipeline management; experience with CRM tools is beneficial.
