This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Botswana.

• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Adhere to the dress code for video remote interpreting.

• Complete internal professional training and obtain new certifications.

• Possess professional qualifications for remote interpreting.

• Knowledgeable in healthcare and medical terminology.

• Capable of conveying messages accurately and thoroughly.

• Abide by the interpreter's code of conduct.

• Technical prerequisites: Windows 10 OS, high-speed internet, and a noise-cancelling wired headset.
