This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate the distinct doctor-affiliation requirements of all OEC brands by crafting customized strategies that align with each brand’s business objectives.
• Advocate for brand representation in initiatives targeting doctors to boost credibility, awareness, and engagement within the OD community.
• Ensure that affiliation programs and messaging are aligned, consistent, and effectively distinguished across different brands.
• Act as the main business liaison to Talent Acquisition, providing clear insights into coverage priorities, staffing requirements, and brand-specific details.
• Collaborate closely with Provider Solutions to ensure cohesive strategies for doctor affiliation programs, engagement, ongoing education, and deployment across all modalities.
• Monitor doctor performance and retention proactively, identifying risks and recommending coordinated solutions between Provider Solutions, TA, and OEC brands.
• Enable communication loops that guarantee synchronization among brand, Clinical teams, Provider Solutions, and TA regarding priorities, trends, and emerging needs, influencing leadership accordingly.
• Convert doctor feedback into actionable improvements in experiences at both the enterprise and brand levels.
• Work in partnership with Marketing to enhance brand awareness and support career development throughout the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs to stay informed about legislation that may impact the enterprise or the doctors.
• Enhance patient access by ensuring robust OD pipelines and sufficient coverage across all OEC brands, maintaining direct relationships and visibility into the enterprise strategy.
• Improve workforce deployment by enhancing visibility and communication throughout the doctor lifecycle—awareness, attraction, sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and retention.
• Lead the planning, monitoring, and continuous enhancement of OD attraction and retention programs across OEC.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in the relevant functional area.
• At least 6 years of management experience, including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of direct reports.
• Proven capability to resolve complex issues and exercise a high level of independent judgment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Willingness to travel as necessary across the U.S. to support brands, teams, and doctor engagement initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and coordinate efforts across various departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
