This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the daily influencer strategy and manage campaign execution for our Body and Skin product lines.
• Identify, assess, and engage creators who resonate with our brand, target market, and growth ambitions.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of creator partnerships, including outreach, product distribution, negotiations, contracts, briefs, approvals, posting timelines, and payment management.
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with creators, agents, agencies, and other external collaborators.
• Create campaign briefs that effectively translate product positioning and business objectives into captivating, platform-specific content.
• Collaborate with Performance Creative and Paid Media teams to pinpoint high-performing creator content suitable for paid amplification, testing, and iteration.
• Secure and monitor the appropriate content usage rights, paid media permissions, and creator whitelisting access.
• Track campaign performance across content output, engagement, traffic, customer acquisition, revenue, and other critical growth metrics.
• Utilize performance insights to enhance creator selection, campaign concepts, investment choices, and future testing initiatives.
• Maintain well-organized campaign trackers, budgets, timelines, contracts, content libraries, and reporting systems.
• Stay updated on creator trends, emerging platforms, cultural discussions, and new partnership opportunities within the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.
• A minimum of 4 years of focused experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing, preferably within a DTC, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• A demonstrated history of implementing performance-driven affiliate strategies and managing partnerships from discovery and outreach through negotiation, activation, and reporting.
• Direct experience in communication with publishers, affiliate networks, agencies, loyalty platforms, review sites, and other performance partners.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, including commission structures, attribution, tracking, partnership terms, promotional placements, and performance-based compensation.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to forge productive, long-term relationships with external partners.
• A history of discovering creative and effective methods to recruit partners, enhance performance, and scale affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in budget management, performance evaluation, competitive analysis, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive outreach, partner briefs, proposals, and cross-functional updates.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple partners, campaigns, placements, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously.
• An effective cross-functional collaborator who can work proactively with Growth, Brand, Paid Media, Digital Product, Data & BI, Finance, and external teams.
• Resourceful, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with a focus on execution and a proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• An AI-savvy working style, with practical experience utilizing AI for partner research, outreach personalization, competitive analysis, campaign planning, reporting, or workflow optimization.
• A genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce, digital partnerships, and the health, wellness, and beauty sectors.
