Senior Compensation Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Perform a range of organizational compensation services, encompassing market analysis, equity assessments, and job evaluations.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in HR and throughout Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH).

• Offer insightful and responsive assistance on various compensation issues.

• Facilitate cyclical compensation activities, including the annual rewards cycle, yearly market examination, and pay equity analysis.

• Act as system experts for Workday and the compensation survey management tool, Payfactors.

• Collaborate closely with Compensation Consultants, delivering robust analytical support through market analyses, equity studies, and job evaluations.

• Present recommendations to business leaders under the general direction of Compensation leadership and/or Compensation Consultants.

• Aid in the development, updating, and maintenance of compensation policy and procedure documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation theory and practice, job evaluation methods, FLSA, and regulations pertinent to Compensation.

• Prior experience utilizing a personal computer and various software applications (e.g., Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential.

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, along with experience in Workday and job pricing tools (such as Payfactors, MarketPay, etc.).
