Working Student Partner Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• National recruitment, pre-qualification, and selection of new installation partners in the photovoltaic and heat pump industries.

• Assist in the negotiation phase with prospective partner companies.

• Serve as the main point of contact for new installation partners in photovoltaics and heat pumps during the onboarding process.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise trial sites/test installations to ensure quality assurance and process validation.

• Provide an introduction to our internal processes, tools, and standards (e.g., digital project workflows, documentation requirements).

• Aid in conducting training sessions, workshops, and feedback meetings.

• Facilitate communication and coordination with internal departments (e.g., project management, technical/engineering, quality assurance).

• Maintain documentation of onboarding progress and transfer to operations upon successful completion.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some familiarity with or interest in project work, partner support, or collaboration with service providers — preferably within the renewable energies sector (e.g., PV or heat pump technology).

• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities — evidenced through academic achievements, part-time employment, or volunteer activities.

• Friendly and self-assured demeanor when engaging with a variety of stakeholders.

• Basic technical knowledge, ideally acquired through education, internships, or practical experience in electrical or plumbing/heating (HVAC).

• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work paired with initiative.

• Proficient use of digital tools.

• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
