Affiliate, Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the daily performance of the affiliate channel across various brands.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and networks.

• Discover new affiliate prospects, recruitment strategies, and growth collaborations.

• Track partner performance and refine commission structures as necessary.

• Assess partner quality, traffic sources, and overall return on investment (ROI).

• Assist in managing promotional calendars and executing campaigns with affiliate partners.

• Ensure a strong alignment between the affiliate strategy and brand campaign priorities.

• Aid in display advertising, paid partnerships, and performance-driven acquisition channels.

• Assess new paid media opportunities including display platforms, retargeting partners, and acquisition channels.

• Monitor campaign outcomes and pinpoint opportunities to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue contribution.

• Evaluate landing page performance and customer journey opportunities that affect paid conversions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance campaign efficiency across paid channels.

• Compose high-converting ad copy for display advertisements, affiliate campaigns, landing pages, paid media placements, and promotional initiatives.

• Create clear creative briefs for internal copywriters, designers, and external partners based on campaign objectives and performance insights.

• Offer messaging guidance based on audience behavior, offer strategy, and channel performance.

• Ensure that creative assets align with brand positioning, promotional priorities, and conversion objectives.

• Review and enhance copy performance across campaigns and recommend modifications based on outcomes.

• Work closely with creative teams to refine testing strategies and creative output across performance channels.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue contribution, ROAS, CAC, cost per acquisition (CPA), affiliate channel revenue, partner performance by publisher, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), new customer acquisition, and lifetime value (LTV) opportunities.

• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

• Identify underperforming areas and suggest data-backed solutions.

• Assist in establishing testing strategies to enhance performance over time.

• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign priorities and strategic direction.

• Partner with Email Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and eCommerce teams to ensure effective campaign launches across channels.

• Support campaign planning for significant promotional periods and seasonal initiatives.

• Ensure that affiliate and performance channels are completely aligned with broader business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.

• Strong background in managing affiliate programs and partner relationships.

• Experience working with affiliate platforms and publisher networks.

• In-depth understanding of display advertising, paid partnerships, and performance marketing strategies.

• Proficient in English copywriting for paid media, affiliate campaigns, display ads, and conversion-focused marketing.

• Experience in creating creative briefs and providing guidance to copy and design teams.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Experience with ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue reporting.

• Comfortable working with multiple brands and fast-paced campaign calendars.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently while strategically contributing to team planning.

• eCommerce experience is highly preferred.
