This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of daily affiliate channel performance across various brands.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and networks.
• Discover new affiliate opportunities, recruitment methods, and growth partnerships.
• Track partner performance and refine commission structures as necessary.
• Assess partner quality, traffic origins, and overall return on investment (ROI).
• Assist with promotional calendars and campaign execution alongside affiliate partners.
• Ensure strong alignment between affiliate strategies and brand campaign objectives.
• Support display advertising, paid partnerships, and channels focused on performance-driven acquisition.
• Evaluate new paid media possibilities including display platforms, retargeting partners, and acquisition channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance ROAS, CAC, and revenue contribution.
• Analyze landing page performance and customer journey opportunities that affect paid conversions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize campaign efficiency across paid channels.
• Craft high-converting ad copy for display ads, affiliate campaigns, landing pages, paid media placements, and promotional efforts.
• Create concise creative briefs for internal copywriters, designers, and external partners based on campaign objectives and performance insights.
• Provide messaging guidance based on audience behavior, offer strategies, and channel performance.
• Ensure creative assets are in line with brand positioning, promotional priorities, and conversion goals.
• Review and enhance copy performance across campaigns and suggest modifications based on results.
• Work closely with creative teams to advance testing strategies and creative outputs across performance channels.
• Monitor and report on key channel KPIs including: Revenue contribution, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Affiliate channel revenue, Partner performance by publisher, Conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), New customer acquisition, Lifetime Value (LTV) opportunities.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Identify underperforming areas and suggest data-driven solutions.
• Assist in establishing testing strategies to enhance performance over time.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign priorities and strategic direction.
• Partner with Email Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and eCommerce teams to ensure effective campaign launches across channels.
• Support campaign planning for key promotional periods and seasonal initiatives.
• Ensure affiliate and performance channels are fully aligned with overarching business objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience in managing affiliate programs and partner relationships.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and publisher networks.
• Strong grasp of display advertising, paid partnerships, and performance marketing strategies.
• Solid English copywriting experience for paid media, affiliate campaigns, display ads, and conversion-focused marketing.
• Experience in creating creative briefs and guiding copy and design teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue reporting.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and fast-paced campaign calendars.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of working independently while strategically contributing to team planning.
• eCommerce experience is highly preferred.
