Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and expand Simple's affiliate program, targeting mid-to-top of funnel partners in key markets: US, UK, and Europe.

• Develop and oversee partnerships with editorial, newsletters, and media that effectively engage our primary audience.

• Provide partners with compelling angles and hooks, collaborating closely with the creative team on production efforts.

• Work in conjunction with Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment and enhance channel performance.

• Project, monitor, and report on the performance of the program and publishers for internal stakeholders.

• Assist in launching a new brand program by establishing partner infrastructure and a go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to evaluate commission structures, partner composition, and campaign strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate or partnerships; experience in health, wellness, or weight loss is a plus.

• Demonstrated success in scaling an affiliate channel while achieving CPA and ROAS targets.

• Strong creative skills - capable of crafting briefs, identifying effective hooks, and guiding partners towards high-converting content.

• Highly organized, adept at managing multiple workstreams, and able to maintain attention to detail even amidst fast-changing priorities.

• Familiarity with tracking infrastructure, including postbacks, pixels, and UTMs.

• Proficient in tools such as Impact, Looker, Superset, and Jira.
