This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Affiliate Program from start to finish: managing membership operations, setting up tracking, structuring commissions, handling payout operations, and continuously managing the program across various affiliate networks.
• Establish and uphold the program's commission framework and member advantages — detailing what affiliate members contribute, what they gain, and the financial dynamics beneficial for both the merchant and our organization.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to design payment processes, manage invoicing, and ensure accurate revenue recognition for transactions sourced through affiliates across all networks.
• Continuously maintain and enhance the standard deliverables offered at each enrollment tier.
• Act as the primary point of contact for each affiliate member's deliverable timeline — communicating affiliate-specific requests to Partner Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and other execution teams, while ensuring all commitments are fulfilled.
• Oversee the affiliate program's marketing inventory: a comprehensive list of deliverables available to members, their quality benchmarks, and their capacity limitations.
• Develop and sustain the value narrative and ROI justification for the affiliate program, both internally and externally.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the affiliate program during merchant discussions — showcasing inventory, elucidating on the economics, and guiding merchants through the benefits of participation.
• Provide quarterly reporting for affiliate members, ensuring each member has access to the data that validates their investment.
• Manage program-level reporting: tracking member numbers, enrollment pipelines, revenue attributed to affiliates, deliverable fulfillment rates, and churn rates.
• Highly organized — you create systems, playbooks, and schedules that maintain clarity in a multi-platform, multi-member program.
• Data-oriented — you prioritize data and can convert transaction statistics into persuasive value narratives, program economics, and member reports.
• A proactive individual who excels in dynamic, high-growth settings and is adept at establishing a program from the ground up.
• An exceptional communicator and subject matter authority — you can clearly present a program's inventory and value proposition to merchant marketing teams without resorting to a sales pitch.
• Motivated by collaboration across different teams.
