Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with affiliate and CPA network partners

• Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI

• Onboard new affiliates, ensuring they receive the necessary creative assets and links

• Identify high-performing offers and highlight those that are underperforming for further review

• Collaborate with content and social teams to synchronize affiliate promotions with campaigns

• Keep precise records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance standards

• Explore new affiliate opportunities and stay updated on emerging CPA networks

• A degree is not required

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts is advantageous; training will be provided for the right candidate

• Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple partner relationships

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards

• Ability to communicate clearly in writing for regular engagement with external partners

• Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks without constant supervision

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
