Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with affiliate and CPA network partners

• Monitor campaign performance indicators, such as clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI

• Facilitate the onboarding of new affiliates, providing necessary creative assets and links

• Recognize top-performing offers while flagging underperforming ones for evaluation

• Collaborate with content and social teams to synchronize affiliate promotions with campaigns

• Keep precise records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance metrics

• Explore new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks

• No formal degree necessary

• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts is advantageous; training will be provided for the right candidate

• Excellent attention to detail and capability to manage multiple partner relationships

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards

• Effective written communication skills for engaging with external partners

• Self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks independently without constant supervision
