Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with affiliate and CPA network partners.

• Monitor key performance indicators for campaigns, including clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliates, providing them with necessary creative assets and links.

• Recognize and highlight top-performing offers while flagging those that are underperforming for assessment.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to synchronize affiliate promotions with ongoing campaigns.

• Keep precise records of affiliate agreements, payments, and performance metrics.

• Investigate new affiliate prospects and up-and-coming CPA networks.

• A formal degree is not mandatory.

• An understanding of affiliate marketing principles is advantageous, although we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple partner relationships simultaneously.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets and basic analytics tools.

• Strong written communication skills, as you will frequently engage with external partners.

• A self-motivated individual who can independently prioritize tasks without constant supervision.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
