Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with affiliate and CPA network partners.

• Monitor campaign performance indicators — including clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring they receive the necessary creative assets and links.

• Recognize high-performing offers and highlight those that are underperforming for further evaluation.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to synchronize affiliate promotions with ongoing campaigns.

• Keep precise records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance metrics.

• Explore new affiliate opportunities and up-and-coming CPA networks.

• A formal degree is not required.

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing principles is advantageous — we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage several partner relationships simultaneously.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards.

• Excellent written communication skills — you will regularly engage with external partners.

• A self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks independently without needing constant supervision.

• Must have reliable internet access and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
