Affiliate Marketing, Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire marketing and communications strategy from start to finish

• Execute acquisition campaigns utilizing third-party advertising and traffic platforms

• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate relationships

• Develop marketing visuals such as advertising banners, GIFs, short videos, and promotional/discount materials

• Handle the company's presence on platforms like Reddit, X, and similar channels with a focus on marketing

• Integrate AI tools, including Claude, into daily operations extensively

• Represent the company at affiliate industry conferences

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2C marketing and communications

• Proven ability to run paid campaigns through third-party advertising and traffic platforms

• Experience in direct affiliate sourcing and relationship management

• Strong visual and creative instincts; adept at producing or directing banners, GIFs, and short-form videos

• Willingness to travel to represent the company at industry conferences

• Excellent proficiency in English communication skills

• Background in gambling, crypto, or other highly regulated consumer sectors is a significant advantage
