Affiliate Manager – TikTok Shop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of creator affiliates by recruiting, onboarding, briefing, and coaching them to enhance content creation and drive GMV.

• Propel SKU activation by identifying high-opportunity SKUs and facilitating creator video launches on these products.

• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate sample distribution and creator onboarding.

• Provide creators with insights on product hooks and content strategies that drive conversions rather than just awareness.

• Monitor performance metrics at both the creator and SKU levels; optimize strategies based on data insights.

• Work alongside the Brand Growth team on brand-specific creator activations and campaigns.

• Assist in weekly business reviews by presenting performance data and updates on the creator pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or ecommerce.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain external relationships effectively.

• Comfortable with data — you understand the metrics that matter and how to leverage them.

• Strong communication skills with both creators and internal stakeholders.

• A self-motivated individual capable of managing a high-volume roster independently.

• An active TikTok user with a solid understanding of content performance on the platform.
