Affiliate Manager – Casino, Sports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Expand CoinPoker's affiliate portfolio for casino and sports betting within the region.

• Identify, negotiate, and finalize new affiliate agreements through review and comparison sites, bonus and offer platforms, tipsters, streamers, content publishers, and community channels.

• Structure CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid agreements within established commercial guidelines, escalating exceptions to senior management as necessary.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of fresh affiliate opportunities.

• Serve as the primary contact for the regional affiliate portfolio.

• Oversee partner communications, nurture relationship growth, and track performance.

• Enhance positioning, placements, offers, and creative materials to boost signup conversion and first-time deposit (FTD) generation.

• Analyze deal-level and cohort-level performance metrics, including traffic quality, player value, bonus misuse, and cost efficiency.

• Renegotiate or terminate underperforming and low-quality agreements.

• Provide reports on new agreements, pipeline status, portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Keep accurate records of partner details, deal terms, and payment timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing and finalizing casino and/or sports betting affiliate agreements within the region.

• Documented success in FTD and NGR performance metrics, with the ability to articulate the commercial rationale behind them.

• Established connections within the regional casino or sports betting affiliate landscape, or the capability to build them swiftly.

• In-depth understanding of CPA, revenue-share, hybrid, and fixed-fee affiliate deal structures.

• Knowledge of positioning and placement economics.

• Experience in monitoring traffic quality and player cohort performance.

• Capability to identify bonus misuse and low-value traffic.

• Experience in renegotiating or terminating agreements based on data analysis.

• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

• Experience working within commercial guidelines and escalating issues when necessary.

• Ability to independently manage a growing partner portfolio, including reporting, deal administration, and payment accuracy.
