Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Utilize TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center to identify and recruit appropriate creators for our brand clients.

• Conduct outreach, negotiate terms, and onboard creators to engage in affiliate campaigns.

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with creators by introducing comprehensive reward schemes.

• Establish and oversee affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content guidelines.

• Monitor daily activities and performance metrics (CTR, sales, AOV, GMV, and Affiliate %).

• Optimize campaigns to enhance conversions and maximize creator effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with the Department Lead, content & paid teams, and clients to ensure alignment between product selection and creator strategies.

• Communicate with creators to deliver support, creative direction, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Track and report on affiliate campaign outcomes using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools.

• Share performance insights with internal stakeholders and modify strategies as necessary.

• Continuously test and iterate to enhance results over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).

• Profound understanding of TikTok as a platform: trends, content, creators, and commerce tools.

• Experience in managing teams and/or affiliate/influencer programs.

• Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Experience in a startup or agency environment is highly advantageous.

• Prior experience in managing DTC eCommerce stores.

• Background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social.

• Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate features.

• Working knowledge of tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
