Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Utilize TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center to pinpoint and enlist appropriate creators for our brand clients.

• Engage in outreach, negotiation, and onboarding of creators for participation in affiliate campaigns.

• Develop and nurture enduring relationships with creators by introducing comprehensive reward schemes.

• Establish and oversee affiliate campaigns, encompassing product gifting, commission frameworks, and content guidelines.

• Track daily activities and performance indicators (CTR, sales, AOV, GMV, and Affiliate %).

• Enhance campaigns to maximize conversions and the effectiveness of creators.

• Collaborate closely with the Department Lead, content & paid teams, and clients to ensure alignment between product choices and creator strategies.

• Communicate with creators to offer support, creative guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Monitor and report on affiliate campaign outcomes using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal resources.

• Share insights on performance with internal stakeholders and adapt strategies as needed.

• Consistently test and refine approaches to achieve improved results over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of TikTok as a platform, including trends, content, creators, and commerce tools.

• Experience in managing teams and/or affiliate/influencer programs.

• Highly organized, data-oriented, and adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

• Background in startups or agencies is highly advantageous.

• Nice to Have:

• Prior experience managing DTC eCommerce stores.

• Experience in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social.

• Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate features.

• Working knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce systems.
