This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +1 more state.
• Implement strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives and keep executives updated on progress.
• Serve as the primary contact for current and prospective clients in the designated region.
• Recognize local business opportunities and obstacles.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on regional sales performance.
• Showcase products and services to potential clients.
• Assess customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales personnel and internal departments to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and supplementary services.
• Promote additional products when suitable.
• Partner with sales representatives from various territories to exchange best practices and foster a unified sales strategy.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring customer relationships while aligning with business objectives and requirements.
• Comprehend industry-specific trends and market conditions.
• Track economic indicators, evolving trends, supply and demand, and competitors to sustain sales volume and product diversity.
• Contribute to team initiatives and achieve related outcomes.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings.
• Fulfill assigned tasks and responsibilities within specified timelines.
• Carry out additional duties as directed.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales management or a related area is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Successful clearance of a background investigation is mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the sales process from inception to completion.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to convey the unique features of services and products effectively.
• Expertise in developing client-centered, differentiated, and attainable solutions.
• Proficiency in sales planning.
• Relationship building skills.
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• Ability to manage profitability.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO standards, cGMP/CGTP, and other pertinent regulations/standards, as well as internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours on weekdays or weekends with appropriate prior notice when required.
