
Aesthetics Regional Sales Director – Mid-Atlantic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous development of members within the regional sales team.
• Set monthly and yearly sales objectives and ensure that key performance indicators are met.
• Offer field coaching, performance evaluations, and mentoring.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with aesthetic clients, physician partners, and strategic accounts.
• Formulate and execute regional sales strategies that align with national sales goals.
• Assess sales patterns and business insights to modify sales plans and optimize territory growth.
• Ensure adherence to Company sales processes, documentation protocols, CRM utilization, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Training/Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations.
• Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, conferences, customer programs, workshops, and regional gatherings.
• Conduct team meetings, business evaluations, and field ride-alongs.
• Manage direct reports and enhance their leadership skills.
• Carry out performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to participate in offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives.
• Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or a similar field is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales leadership managing field-based representatives.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively within the region.
• Successful clearance of a background investigation is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to convey and simplify clinical and product information for clients.
• Proven ability to build trust, inspire teams, and enforce accountability.
• Competitive, results-driven attitude with strong business planning skills.
• Exceptional organizational, forecasting, and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM and standard business software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, relevant regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 80%.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
• Significant travel is required based on business needs, including overnight stays and occasional weekends.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to accommodate business or operational needs when necessary.
