AEO/GEO Content & Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead Eve's strategy and execution for visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.

• Develop content aimed at achieving AI citations at scale while ensuring accuracy for legal professionals.

• Establish and maintain AEO measurement reporting to track citation rates, share of voice, and visibility of AI answer engines in relation to competitors.

• Review and enhance eve.legal content for AI retrieval, focusing on clear answers, FAQs, comparison content, schema, structured data, and citation-ready formatting.

• Foster relationships and secure placements on review sites, legal-tech directories, communities of plaintiff firms and legal operations, legal-tech media, and analyst channels.

• Conduct growth experiments across various content formats, distribution channels, and community placements.

• Brief and oversee contractors and agencies involved in content creation, AEO, and technical SEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of enhancing AI visibility and content growth metrics, including AI citations, organic traffic, and qualified sign-ups.

• Capability to articulate specific tasks undertaken, methodologies applied, and outcomes achieved.

• Resourceful, proactive attitude with experience in testing and evaluating initiatives.

• Familiarity with SEO, search, schema, and AI retrieval.

• Excellent writing skills suitable for an audience of legal professionals.

• Ability to pinpoint strong content angles and hooks while upholding high-quality standards.

• Proficient with AI visibility tools like Profound and Peec AI.

• Knowledgeable in content creation tools such as Airops.

• Comfortable using SEO and organic traffic tools like Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and GA4.

• Experience in briefing and managing contractors and agencies.

• Bonus: background in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or dealing with skeptical/non-technical buyer demographics.

• Bonus: established relationships with communities, publications, directories, or analysts in the legal industry.

• Bonus: experience in coding or vibe-coding.
