This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the AEC sector.
• Build and oversee a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Meet and surpass revenue and sales objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations for AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam solutions.
• Comprehend client needs and suggest appropriate workflows and solutions.
• Articulate basic technical features, integrations, and use cases to clients.
• Assist clients during trial periods and proof-of-concept discussions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business and technical requirements.
• Manage client communication throughout the entire sales process.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for complex inquiries or tailored solutions.
• Keep abreast of AEC industry trends, BIM practices, and digital construction tools.
• Provide insights regarding competitor offerings and customer needs.
• Work closely with marketing and recruitment teams to align growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit regular sales reports.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within AEC, SaaS, or engineering solutions.
• Strong proficiency in AEC software.
• Capability to conduct live demonstrations and clearly explain technical concepts.
• Experience selling to international clients, with a preference for the US and Australia.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote setting.
