Advogado(a) Trabalhista/Contratos Pleno – Secondment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts with a focus on labor law, assessing legal risks related to outsourcing, service provision, employment relationships, and other work-related interactions;

• Provide consultative support to internal departments, prepare legal opinions and documents, monitor legislative and jurisprudential changes, and aid in standardizing and mitigating risks in the organization’s contractual models;

• Evaluate contractual amendments, confidentiality agreements, compensation agreements, time banking, remote work, hybrid work, and other instruments related to employment relations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to develop procedural strategies and analyze information and documents for effective process management;

• Critical skills for reading judgments and court decisions and preparing appeals;

• Proficiency in mediation;

• A postgraduate qualification in labor law is preferred;

• Essential knowledge in Labor Law, Labor Procedure, and Civil Procedure.
