• Review labor documents produced by the office team, ensuring technical quality, adherence to the client's defined thesis, and alignment with financial and reputational exposure rationale.
• Serve as a secondary control line for labor demands, conducting the final filter before filing documents in processes classified as relevant and sensitive.
• Perform sampling reviews on routine processes, ensuring compliance with minimum quality standards, procedural strategy, deadlines, and mandatory documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of documents in relevant cases, focusing on financial risk mitigation, strategic alignment of the portfolio, and consistency with decisions made in analogous cases.
• Lead thorough critical reviews of sensitive processes, including analysis of reputational, union, media, and regulatory exposure.
• Interact with the client's internal legal team on strategic and sensitive demands.
• Request rewrites or technical adjustments to documents whenever legal, strategic, or risk misalignments are identified.
• Prepare written legal opinions when requested by the client or portfolio management.
• Provide technical guidance to team lawyers on corrections made to documents, offering structured and constructive feedback.
• Review defenses, replies, final arguments, ordinary appeals, review appeals, grievances, and embargoes critically and in detail.
• Ensure compliance with the prerequisites of Article 896 of the CLT, including the analysis of transcendence in review appeals.
• Conduct critical readings of labor calculations and identify inconsistencies during the liquidation phase.
• Assess hidden risks in processes initially classified as routine, promoting reclassification of criticality when necessary.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, reporting recurring patterns of inconsistency or technical failures for structural resolutions.
• Manage a high volume of documents and simultaneous demands, ensuring compliance with the SLAs defined by the client.
• Complete law degree with an active OAB.
• Completed postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure.
• Mastery of the CLT post-labor reform (Law 13.467/2017).
• In-depth knowledge of the Outsourcing Law (Laws 13.429/2017 and 13.467/2017).
• Proficiency in applicable TST Summaries and Jurisprudential Guidelines for corporate litigation.
• Solid understanding of jurisprudence related to the subsidiary liability of the service recipient.
• Technical knowledge on matters related to the client's areas of operation, including:
• Call center
• Facilities
• Network infrastructure
• Private security
• Industrial and building maintenance
• Franchise contracts
• Contracting contracts
• Distribution contracts
• Advanced knowledge in reviewing labor procedural documents.
• Technical expertise in review appeals, including transcendence and procedural prerequisites of Article 896 of the CLT.
• Ability to critically analyze labor calculations and sentence liquidation.
• Knowledge in managing procedural criticality and legal risk analysis.
• Excellent legal writing skills.
• Ability to provide structured technical feedback collaboratively.
• Analytical and critical profile for identifying procedural risks.
• Organization and management of a high volume of simultaneous demands.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients.
