This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in projects focused on compliance with LGPD, implementing governance programs in privacy, and serving as DPO as a Service.
• Provide guidance to companies on interpreting and applying legislation and regulations related to Digital Law, Privacy, Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence, and other applicable norms in the digital environment.
• Draft and review legal opinions, policies, procedures, contractual clauses, privacy notices, and other governance documents.
• Create, review, and validate ROPA, RIPD/DPIA, LIA, risk assessments, and other documents related to privacy governance.
• Assess contracts, suppliers, products, services, and new projects from the perspective of Privacy by Design, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Support projects in Artificial Intelligence Governance, including policies, workflows, risk assessments, opinions, and compliance mechanisms.
• Conduct meetings, interviews, and workshops with clients to understand operations, identify risks, and propose legal solutions.
• Collaborate consultatively with clients and multidisciplinary teams on privacy, innovation, and technology solutions.
• Stay updated on the evolution of legislation, regulations, and trends related to Digital Law, ANPD, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB registration.
• Practical experience in Privacy, Data Protection, and Digital Law projects.
• Experience in implementing privacy governance programs.
• Proven ability in drafting and reviewing ROPA, RIPD/DPIA, LIA, policies, procedures, legal opinions, and governance documents.
• Experience analyzing contracts, data sharing, international transfers, legal bases, and regulatory compliance.
• Background in participating in meetings, interviews, and workshops with clients.
• Interest in and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, innovation, and new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of LGPD, ANPD resolutions, the Internet Civil Framework, and Digital Law norms.
• Understanding of Privacy by Design, Privacy by Default, and privacy governance programs.
• Advanced English skills for reading, document preparation, and meeting participation.
• Consultative and proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Organizational skills and autonomy in project management.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments.
• Postgraduate degree in Digital Law, Privacy, Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence, Compliance, or related fields — desirable.
• Certifications in Privacy, Data Protection, Information Security, or AI Governance — desirable.
• Experience as a DPO or in DPO as a Service — desirable.
• Knowledge of GDPR, EU AI Act, and other international frameworks — desirable.
• Experience in AI projects, emerging technologies, digital platforms, or cloud computing — desirable.
