• Manage deadlines and monitor procedural progress

• Conduct hearings when necessary

• Input data into the internal system, LegalBox

• Experience in labor law

• Familiarity with deadline management and procedural tracking

• Background in litigation for the defendant

• Proactive attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Teamwork capabilities and interpersonal relationships

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Organizational skills and information management

• Analytical skills to identify inconsistencies or divergent data
