This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engaging in both contentious and consultative activities regarding a portfolio of active and passive banking law cases, advocating for the interests of a financial institution.

• Drafting legal opinions.

• Responding to inquiries.

• Filing petitions.

• Monitoring case progress.

• Attending to matters in offices and courts.

• Conducting hearings.

• Preparing reports.

• Exclusive dedication to the role.

• Regular registration with the OAB.

• A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience as a lawyer specializing in banking law.

• Proactive approach.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Persistence.

• Comfort with cloud-based platforms and work resources.
