This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Review and interpret judicial and administrative proceedings (CRM);

• Prepare official correspondence, notices, contracts, emails, and various extrajudicial documents;

• Perform research and formulate responses for client advisory services;

• Advocate for clients during hearings in judicial and administrative proceedings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of CFM regulations;

• Legal practice experience in medical, civil, consumer, or labor law;

• Acquainted with case management systems;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, email; internet skills.
