This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparation of Payment Obligation Requests: develop a comprehensive dossier

• Review judicial decisions (sentences, rulings, monocratic decisions, and compliance decisions)

• Calculation of condemnation amounts

• Prepare evidentiary manifestations

• Initiate proceedings

• Retrieval of court orders

• Execution of sentences

• Submissions regarding calculations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Active OAB

• Preferable experience in mass litigation

• Advantage: Experience with condemnation calculations.
