This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare and file Appeals and/or Unnamed Resources in civil courts and special courts.

• Draft and submit Counterarguments and/or Counterclaims in civil courts and special courts.

• Create and file Responses regarding Declaratory Appeals.

• Prepare and file Appeals and Unnamed Resources.

• Generate statements for proof, summon cases to order, withdraw warrants, execute judgments, provide calculations, attach documents, and respond to orders.

• File documents and update both the internal system and the client's system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Higher Education.

• Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration.

• Desired experience in mass litigation.

• Experience in drafting legal documents will be an advantage.
