• Assists customers by delivering operational excellence and a strong dedication to providing straightforward and transparent experiences.

• Accountable for providing analytics related to population health programs.

• Aids in client implementations and the continuous execution of programs.

• Offers support for enhancing member engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in population health, healthcare, or customer service.

• Strong communication skills to foster robust relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors.

• A commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and expectations effectively.

• Capability to comprehend complex issues with both sensitivity and analytical thinking.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on quality.

• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience.
