β’ Assists customers by delivering operational excellence and a strong dedication to providing straightforward and transparent experiences.
β’ Accountable for providing analytics related to population health programs.
β’ Aids in client implementations and the continuous execution of programs.
β’ Offers support for enhancing member engagement.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in population health, healthcare, or customer service.
β’ Strong communication skills to foster robust relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors.
β’ A commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and expectations effectively.
β’ Capability to comprehend complex issues with both sensitivity and analytical thinking.
β’ Proficient in managing multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on quality.
β’ Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience.
