
Advisory Solution Director – Salesforce Practice, Travel & Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel strategic expansion within the Hospitality and Travel sectors by effectively positioning related multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce).
• Advise clients on Acxiom’s data management strategies to enhance the use of Data360 and Agentforce.
• Lead strategy sessions on solutions, analyze opportunities, conduct account discovery, present proposals, and negotiate statements of work (SOW) with C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem partners to uncover and secure new business opportunities in the Hospitality and Travel sectors.
• Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and solution demonstrations that align with client business and technology goals.
• Oversee and guide the entire sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition from strategy to implementation.
• Establish long-term strategic relationships within the Hospitality and Travel ecosystem to foster sustained growth.
• Work collaboratively with Acxiom advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies and solution offerings.
• Maintain precise pipeline forecasting and reporting that aligns with company objectives and sales targets.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in Hospitality and Travel to position Acxiom as a trusted thought leader.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or as an account executive, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services.
• 3+ years of experience engaging with Hospitality and Travel clients.
• Proven track record in selling Salesforce Platform and associated Salesforce industry solutions and/or accelerators.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate enterprise sales cycles and environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Salesforce Certifications across multiple Core Clouds & Loyalty Management are highly preferred.
