Advisory Solution Director – Salesforce Practice, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel strategic advancement within the Financial Services sectors by effectively positioning diverse multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce).

• Consult with clients on Acxiom’s data management strategies to enhance Data360 and Agentforce.

• Facilitate solution strategy discussions, opportunity assessments, account exploration, proposal displays, and statement of work (SOW) negotiations with C-level executives.

• Partner with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem collaborators to pinpoint and secure new logo opportunities in Financial Services.

• Create and present engaging sales presentations and solution demonstrations that align with clients' business and technology goals.

• Oversee and influence the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from strategy to implementation.

• Cultivate long-term strategic relationships within the Financial Services ecosystem to foster ongoing growth.

• Collaborate across Acxiom’s advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to formulate industry-specific go-to-market strategies and solution offerings.

• Ensure precise pipeline forecasting and reporting that aligns with company objectives and sales targets.

• Remain updated on emerging trends in Financial Services to position Acxiom as a reputable thought leader.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of sales or account executive experience, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Financial Services clients, including Banking, Insurance, and Wealth Management.

• Proven track record in selling Salesforce Platform and associated Salesforce industry solutions and/or accelerators.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate enterprise sales cycles and environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Salesforce Certifications in multiple Core Clouds and Financial Services Cloud are highly preferred.
