Advisory Product Manager – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers and users consistently to develop a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the problem space.

• Formulate clear hypotheses regarding which solutions will add value and design streamlined experiments to test them.

• Collaborate with the Interaction Designer and Engineering lead to prototype, test, and refine solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable.

• Convert the squad's quarterly objectives into a backlog that mirrors the team's best understanding of how to accomplish them.

• Make prioritization choices based on evidence — including usage data, customer research, and outcome metrics — rather than relying on stakeholder influence or recency.

• Define the key results that demonstrate whether the squad's objectives have been met; monitor and communicate progress transparently.

• Establish and sustain feedback loops — such as usage instrumentation, adoption metrics, and customer signals — that inform the team about the effectiveness of what has been delivered.

• Advocate for the squad's work and reasoning to stakeholders — sharing outcomes and strategy rather than merely providing status updates.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing on launch readiness and positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product management; a focus on discovery-led, outcome-oriented work is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to conduct customer and user research; comfort in forming and testing hypotheses is essential.

• Experience with SaaS products in institutional, campus, healthcare, or enterprise settings is preferred.

• A genuine curiosity about the process of building exceptional products is indispensable.
