Advisor Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the advisor AI Chat experience from start to finish, implementing enhancements on a weekly basis.

• Develop a comprehensive cost-to-value model for the AI Chat platform.

• Construct Tern's advisor mobile application from the ground up.

• Manage the tools for advisor selling and marketing.

• Lead and develop the advisor team through various development initiatives.

• Engage actively in the advisor feedback community and translate feedback into actionable improvements.

• Execute the complete product management cycle: conducting research, creating PRDs, defining weekly deliverables, ensuring quality assurance, and overseeing rollout.

• Experience in operating within early-stage startups.

• Extensive background in AI product development.

• Proven track record of maintaining a rapid shipping pace.

• Commitment to operational excellence.

• Experience in developing consumer-facing or traveler-facing products (preferred).

• Familiarity with AI chat or agent interfaces (preferred).

• Background in travel or marketplace industries (preferred).

• Experience as a founder or part of a founding team (preferred).
