This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing donor acquisition, revenue growth, and engagement through fundraising programs and initiatives within U.S. Churches.
• Offer strategic guidance and subject-matter expertise regarding U.S. Church donations and campaigns.
• Develop the framework for medium and long-term objectives for the CRS Rice Bowl initiative.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of a fundraising strategy for various U.S. Church campaign initiatives.
• Cultivate effective relationships throughout the division, promoting openness and a proactive approach among teams to enhance collaboration, shared accountability, and alignment towards achieving team and divisional objectives.
• A Bachelor's degree in social sciences, ministry, international relations, political science, public relations, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of professional experience within the Church, marketing, social justice, international affairs, or a related area.
• Proven track record of working with the Church in the United States and managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Required Languages: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Bicultural English/Spanish proficiency, including language skills, is an advantage.
